Typically we would expect a member of our nursing team in a full time role to work 42 + hours per week in flexible shift pattern which can include some night and weekend cover.

All new nurses are given industry standard induction training, to include health and safety, manual handling and food hygiene and will be actively encouraged and supported to continue their professional development.

Applicants must:

  • Have a valid NMC PIN (we would still like to hear from those awaiting their PIN)
  • Be prepared to complete an application for a full DBS disclosure
  • Have 2 suitable references (professional and/or educational)
  • Have a good standard of verbal and written English (or be prepared to further their language skills)
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Good verbal/written communication skills
  • A commitment to maintaining standards and providing quality person centred care.
